This is a great opportunity to be trained on how to be an at home call center representative, utilizing the customer service experience you have from the retail or restaurant industries. You must have a superior customer service attitude, the ability to troubleshoot basic computer issues (MS Word, Excel or other software) and a high school diploma or equivalent to qualify for this position. Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.
